This ancient class is taught in English.
This class is split into 5 different lessons, where each lesson builds on the previous one. Each lesson is built for you to gain as much knowledge as possible about what stress is, how it affects you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, as well as how you can reduce stress in your life.
Each of these lessons contains major keys for living a life without stress, as well as exercises and tools that you can bring home to use whenever needed. You can join any of these 5 lessons, however it's best to do all 5 in order, as they build on each other and the exercises that are handed down.
